2. PUBLIC WEBSITE
The public website does not place cookies and does not use localStorage or IndexedDB. It does not use analytics, advertising, profiling, browser fingerprinting or other tracking technologies.
When a visitor submits the contact form, the website temporarily stores the entered name, email address, message and marketing-consent choice in sessionStorage. This allows the form to be refilled if delivery fails. The saved data is limited to the current browser tab and is deleted when it is restored into the form, when delivery succeeds or when the tab’s session ends. It is not used for tracking.
Links to external sites connect to the third party only when the visitor chooses to follow them.
Server-side measures that protect the forms, such as request rate limiting, are not storage or tracking technologies and are described in the Privacy Notice.
3. TECHNICAL PLATFORM COOKIES
The authenticated platform uses the following first-party, strictly necessary cookies:
alphaklima_oauth_state- Purpose: Secures and completes authentication

alphaklima_session- Purpose: Maintains the authenticated session

Both are first-party, secure and strictly necessary technical cookies. They are limited to the Alpha-Klima service and are not used for advertising, cross-site tracking or commercial profiling.
4. BROWSER CONTROLS
Browsers allow users to view, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking the platform’s technical cookies prevents users from completing sign-in or maintaining the session. Blocking sessionStorage does not prevent form submission, but the website cannot automatically restore the fields after a delivery failure.
5. PRIVACY AND LANGUAGE
The Privacy Notice explains the processing of identifiers, authentication data and technical logs.
If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
